PRIVACY POLICY
LOGITRADE provides the following register, aimed at identifying all the databases hosted on its servers, as well as the type of data collected, kept, their retention period and updating.
3 distinct databases
- Marketing” and “Commercial” databases, which contain copies and reprocessing of data from commercial prospecting / CRM (on the cloud): email exchanges, contact details, information on companies, etc.
- Prospects” database: storage of energy consumption data, invoices, which are mainly collected by sales staff and partly on the website (if the simulator is used)
- Communication” database where lists of recipients for emailings and newsletters are stored, with email addresses collected manually online
Retention/update period of personal data collected
When a form is submitted on the site, the data is kept for a period of five years after the last update involving the explicit consent of the user.
Confidentiality of personal data
The personal data collected are only intended for LOGITRADE and will only be used in the context of the actual submission of a form on the site.
This data will never be sold to third parties, rented or transmitted, except in the following cases
– Insults and/or comments that are contrary to public order or morality.
– Criminal proceedings against you: the data may be transmitted at the request of the courts.
Security and storage of personal data
The data is stored on the servers of the hosting company OVH, whose contact details are given above this page. These servers are located in metropolitan France, within the European Union. There will therefore be no transfer of personal data to a non-member state of the European Community.
All the pages of the site are secured via an SSL certificate (HTTPS protocol, TLS 1.2). This is a protocol that encrypts (secures) the content of exchanges between the website visitor’s browser and the servers hosting the website. This prevents personal data transmitted after a form has been submitted from being easily read by third parties. Note: No data transmission or storage is ever completely secure. We cannot therefore guarantee the infallible security of the information transmitted or stored on the hosting servers.
LOGITRADE has set up a procedure for notifying the CNIL and the partners concerned of any crisis situation, intrusion, threat or any other event likely to affect the integrity and security of the data collected, processed and hosted by the company’s servers.
Right to access, rectify or delete personal data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, as well as the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (RGPD), you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data, which you can exercise by using the contact form on the site or by sending us an e-mail to the e-mail address info[at]LOGITRADE.fr.

Functional cookies
You can connect to the www.youronlinechoices.eu website proposed by digital advertising professionals grouped together within the European Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA) and managed in France by the Interactive Advertising Bureau France.
You will be able to find out which companies are registered on this platform. They offer you the possibility of refusing or accepting the cookies they use to adapt the advertisements likely to be displayed on your terminal to your browsing information:
This European platform is shared by hundreds of Internet advertising professionals. It constitutes a centralised interface and allows you to express your refusal or acceptance of cookies that may be used to adapt the advertisements that may be displayed on your terminal to your browsing habits. Note that this procedure will not prevent the display of advertisements on the websites you visit. It will only block the technologies that allow ads to be adapted to your centres of interest.
